Gunman kills 3 and wounds 10 at Arkansas grocery store, police say

A shooter opened fire at a grocery store in Fordyce, Ark., south of Little Rock, killing three people and wounding 10 others, including two law enforcement officers, police said. The suspect was shot and wounded by police and arrested. NBC News' Sam Brock reports.

I doubt it. Looks like he opened fire in a parking lot, so many of the people that were in the area were able to get away. In fact some of the people wounded may have been wounded since he used a shotgun. This means that when he shoots once since it’s a shotgun many pellets go down range and he may have wounded people he wasn’t even aiming at. The last place you want to be when someone has a shotgun is a confined space like inside a grocery store so thankfully when this happened it appears to have happened in the parking lot and many people probably got away.
