I am with you there. Scarlett and Gunnar was the first couple I loved on the show. You can tell how much chemistry the actors had. I really wish the shows picks up too. Ok from the very first episode I have loved this show, to me Gunnar and Scarlett are the Johnny and June and Juliette are the George and Tammy one is true love and the other is love as long as it will last. And Deacon is the rock that holds everything together. Even if Rayna is gone Deacon needs to carry on

Gunnar made Scarlet into a better person and also encouraged her. I am so happy about S5 being renewed. I can't wait to see what is in store for these two :)

+livexitxupx18 I know!! I can't wait either! I am excited to see if they write them as a couple because of the finale. Normally you wait till the end of a series and then they put the couples together but because it's been renewed and they ended up together, I don't think they can go back from that. I would be so happy if they wrote them in a committed relationship and we get to see the ups and downs of that instead of the will they won't they story. The music is what makes them so special so I hope we see a LOT more of that!!! 😊

I really hope the whole Autumn situation will not affect their relationship. And I hope she gets written off. Me too. You're welcome! I really hope there is someway to get another season. Nashville at the very least deserved a proper ending. I think after watching all these characters develop over the season, it's hard to see some of their stories end so abruptly. I am happy that we finally got Gunnar & Scarlett but it would have been nice to see more.
