Gashumba is indeed foolish. Mbidde wants to amend article 10 because its the constitution and its above the executive order, if article 10 is not ammended and Bavandimwe are not included as an indigenous community in the third schedule, then the executive order is not for you. Banyarwanda are included already in that schedule but Bavandimwe are not. So Gashumba is the biggest fool i have ever seen. Mbidde is fighting for you to be recognised. You are fighting to break stigmatise Banyarwanda like Jews. They will kill them, people will start a genocide, selective recognition only causes political tension and Africans will kill for territorial space, the other ethnic groups who are really entitled terrorial space will feel threatened due to political environment. M7 is baiting you, and handing you over to his political enemies as the target group for any violence let out. You should fight that the third schedule of the constitution should be removed.
