The Hi-ν Gundam was designed as a departure from the increasingly large and complex mobile suits of its time, instead returning to the basic principles of Federation-made mobile suits. It was equipped with six "Fin Funnels" on its back, making it the first fully equipped Newtype-use Gundam mobile suit. The Fin Funnels could be used for both attack and defense, and were controlled through a Psycommu system developed by the main pilot and engineer, Amuro Ray.
The Hi-ν Gundam also had head-mounted vulcan guns, a beam rifle, a new hyper bazooka, three beam sabers, a machine gun in the right forearm, and a shield with built-in ranged weaponry. After obtaining the Psycho-Frame technology from a captured Neo Zeon MSN-03-2 Psycho Doga, the Hi-ν Gundam's Psycommu system was improved, allowing for brainwave controls to enhance its responsiveness.
The Hi-ν Gundam was completed within three months, thanks to advancements in movable frame technology and the hard work of engineers, as well as Amuro's deep understanding of mobile suits.

Stunning! This is one of my favorite kits. I built mine completely straight with a matt topcoat to seal the waterslides. I really like the purple. I managed to nail the fin funnel decals and they look really good 😁I love the Nu color scheme on this one. Excellent choice

Damn, the combination of the OG Nu Gundam colors and the Hi-Nu Gundam design= Perfect. I would probably do the same but the up coming RG Hi-Nu (Does that consider Copy? I mean im going to do RG Hi-Nu, and you do the Ver-Ka. Still thanks for putting the colors correctly im just thinking what colors i should use for the shoulders)
