They always seam to know when a photographer. was a good idea to audit both Palmerton north and Whanganui in close secession before editing .but they must have got some Intel about someone filming a station the day before. Why do you insist on being difficult? They all gave you their names and badge numbers and all they ask is for your name in return, like two strangers meeting each other but no you insist on being difficult. @Beau Carr Police can randomly stop any driver of a vehicle at anytime they do not need a reason. Check Sect 114 of the Transport Act. Don't have to make silly offense up, just make it a drivers license check. You are talking rubbish about how to get an apology, its not for the driver to prove anything its for the police to prove any offence they may decide to charge you with. That's how the law works

great to see someone with balls auditing our public servants. it's way overdue that criminal overreach is held accountable. once the courts get clogged up with lawsuits for illegal activities n violations of rights n the relevant institutions are forced to pay out damages, we might get to see better ethics being used. this is a growing global movement, to have surveillance turned around n applied, not just to the public, but to the legislators n enforcers as well. do police here in nz have qualified immunity....curious?
