I watched 5 other videos, and none of them explained to line up the pump rails with the carrier and the bolt and slide it forward. Thank you for your help! I was about to break down and throw a fit like a 2 year old, before you showed me that!

Maybe you can help me. When he puts the bolt in, you can't see the spring. My bolt doesn't look anything like he is and I can see a spring. My real issue is that I cannot get the bolt to seat in. Also my slide is not welded in like he said it comes in and out freely.

Awesome video, helped tremendously! Thanks for taking the time to make, edit and upload. For those struggling in the future, make sure the foreend and bolt/bolt carrier is all the way forward before attempting to put the trigger assembly back in.

Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent video. I inherited a Mossberg New Haven 600AT from my Grandfather (after some research, the 600 is basically identical to the 500 except that it was only sold by certain retailers). She was a bit dusty but with the help from your vids, she is now in excellent shape. Thanks again and be well.

I've disassembled 500s for years-bought my first in 1985-and I still have a hard time lining up the bolt with the slide bars. Good video.

Terrific! After watching this having just purchased and struggled with reassembly of a 20 gauge 870 action bars and frozen action lock I can say the Mossberg is simply superior. I hereby nominate the 870 as the biggest POS shotgun on the face of the earth! Trade is eminent.

I have a Revelation 310 its a little different , but not much. The lock part of the bolt will fall out for sure. But its not bad to mess with.

Hi, nice video. Once I put the shell interrupter and trigger housing in, the bolt doesn't move. Does this shell interrupter or the other side supposed to have any curve? It's rather stiff but it seems to curve slightly. Thanks

Great video. Followed step by step 3 times. But I can t put back the trigger. It fits but only without the last lateral bar you put on the side. First lateral is no problem, with the second the trigger won t get in. Is it a known problem or am I just really bad. I can t use a weapon missing a part so it is a problem 😁
