Why should God let you into Heaven? Have you lied (even once in your entire life), looked with lust (sexual desire), dishonoured parents, stolen anything, had hatred towards someone, had premarital sex, adultery etc If you answered yes to any one of the above then you are a sinner like the rest of us. So, I ask you again, why should God let a sinner into Heaven? Sinners don’t go to heaven they go to hell, But we are blessed to have Jesus (God incarnate) die on the Cross and rise from the dead. If you Repent (forsake your sinful, unholy ways and live righteous instead) & Believe in Jesus as God, you will be seen as a Saint and welcomed into Heaven. John 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved

My Grandma June LOVED GNR! She was a mother to 10 children and 32 grand kids and 51great grandchildren. I am grandchild number 21:). At the age of 81 when we introduced there music to her on MTV ,she fell in love with AXELS voice. She said it was like no other:). Grandma june owned every single cassette that they had made while she was here with us! As a faithful fan she would listen to them loudly, daily and sing along thru out the house. It was soo cute as grandma didnt look like the average normal fan of that kind of band. She was a very catholic churchy lady who believed in everything god and all! But you know what, that was what she could hear thru GNR'S music! She heard the story and the love and the emotions thru his voice!. Although she loved every song they did "sweet child of mine" and "knock on heavens door" was her ALL TIME FAVORITES!☆ at 99yrs old the night that she passed away she wanted there songs played on her radio. So we did. It was only right they be playing on her radio as she had them on every day faithfully. As she slipped away to heaven that night She was happy to hear that voice Bello thru her home one more time! "Dont you cry" was playing as she took her last breath. It was fitting! ITS 2018 still every time i hear gnr ON THE RADIO i still say GRANDMA YOUR SONGS ARE ON:) . makes me smile! Thxs guns n roses

*I'm 46 putting me at the tail end of Gen-X. Guns N Roses was one of the metal bands born out of the 80's that actually helped give birth to the grunge and thrash metal that ejected the ridiculous "hair metal" and glam bands.* They're raw and emotional like a garage band, rock hard with riffs and gutzy solos, have hugely impacting themes and lyrics, and really succeeded in breaking away from what everyone was doing for so many years in knowing it's days were numbered. *When Use Your Illusion 1 and 2 came out, you need to understand everyone from every culture, color, creed and country was lined up by the THOUSANDS waiting for the music stores to open so they could buy it!* There were literally hardened Bloods and Crips lined up for this album colors and all! *To this day, seeing it both in person and on TV will never leave my mind.*

@@thomasmoore4778 sorry to hear that Thomas How is God good? Good is defined as moral perfection so only God qualifies to be good. However, Some people think they are good. Have you lied (even once in your entire life), looked with lust at the opposite sex, dishonoured parents, stolen anything, had hatred towards someone, Taken the Lords name in vain, had premarital sex, adultery etc If you answered yes to any one of the above then you are a sinner like the rest of us. Since all humans have broken the law, all humans will be punished in Hell for breaking the law. But God doesn’t want humans to perish so He sent Jesus to take the punishment that you deserve. So, either receive the mercy & love of God by repenting of sin (forsake sinful ways) & Believe in Jesus as God or pay for your own sins in Hell.

Had to comment. Straight facts too. My husband since 2012 always put this song on and we would remember our first dance and first kiss and first night together. Always knew all the words but OMG it hits so much harder now. Can hardly catch my breath when I hear it. To me its basically saying their done and don't cry, you will be OK. All the stuff he told me throughout the years was not bs it was the truth. He warned me about every situation ahead of time and told me I would self destruct and to remember not to cry. To make a long story short, my husband invited something demonic into his life and bc of it more negative spirits joined him. He knew what was gonna happen before, he did read my mind and knew we wasn't gonna make it. He was right I am currently, as I speak, self destructing. Hard not to cry, impossible actully.

The Bible can be summed up in 1 word. Jesus. Jesus means salvation. But you may say “what do I need to be saved from?” Sin and its consequence (which is Hell-the wrath of God). But you may say “I don’t Sin”. Jesus said all humans have sinned in thought, word, or deed, so either you are lying, or Jesus is lying. On the topic of sin have you ever lied, stolen anything, spoken abusively to or about someone, Swore, Blasphemed God’s Holy name, lusted after the opposite sex, had premarital sex, cheated, hated someone? Jesus died on the cross and experienced the wrath of God on Himself in order for you to be forgiven and reconciled with God. All you have to do is repent (change from your sinful ways) and Believe in Jesus. Romans 6: 23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

@thereisnonegoodbutgodjohn363 Жыл бұрын
@@vinlondon8904 Speaking of dying GOD DESIRES SACRIFICE. When Adam and Eve sinned in the garden, they were ashamed of their nakedness and tried to cover their shame by wearing fig leaves. However, God shed an animal and covered them with that instead. We by our own works try to gain God’s approval but God requires a Sacrifice for forgiveness of sins hence Jesus. “Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins” (Heb. 9:22).

The 90's were wonderful times, music was at its best, world economy at its best, life beautiful and alive. Have a look at the 2020, economy not good at all, covid everywhere, life has become stressful than ever. World is suffering so much. At least when you listen to this timeless song you breathe and you are alive...

The 90s were the golden days, happieness, purpose, economies thriving...Nowadays, we live in a miserable existance, dominated by politicians and their crooked ideologies, economies are horrible, people are restless, it's fucking hell, Let's just hope it ends soon.
