1.27s I believe is my cast time with no buffs etc. DPS in an encounter like this isn't really important. It's overall that should be focused on. To answer your question though, 4.5~6k+ or so.

@TheRiceGuy Same happens to me in the Occulus if i get off the drake before i leave combat. if i try to get off, the drake interface (action bar) is still up but doesn't include the vehicle leave button. It's very odd

question, i was running 10m icc and was using the cannon, when it froze, my interface was stuck at the cannon one and couldnt click the leave vehicle button, has this ever happened and if so is there a way to fix it??

Yeah, you must have not played in BC/Vanilla. Wrath made WoW World of Casualcraft. Hopefully Cataclysm will undo that.
