We hope you enjoy this music video. This is our love letter to the golden age of anime.
Works of incredible animation such as Dominion Tank Police, Cyber City Oedo 808, Akira, Ninja Scroll, Berserk, Ghost In The Shell, Escaflowne and all the others were all pivotal influences on us growing up. If you are not familiar with these titles and enjoyed the vibe and aesthetic in this video we would strongly encourage you to track down these movies / shows and check the real thing out. In our opinion, anime of the 90s significantly influenced a generation of Western directors and artists in a fantastic way. Gunship would not be the way it is without these memorable and thought-provoking works of art.
We'd also like to extend huge gratitude to the one and only Sean Barrett - probably most beloved by us for his role as Rikiya 'Gogul' Gabimaru in Cyber City Oedo 808 - for providing the kick ass voice acting on this music video. He was such a lovely guy at the studio session.

As much as id like a tour, i suspect we will never see them on the road. 1. Because they use guest vocals on almost every popular track, 2. Tim capello may not be available to tour, 3. @@harko705 It was perfectly good how it was... Maybe it could be remastered... Although hopefully in the good way where it's actually enhanced and not overly brightened and has the colours flattened... I think they've probably gotten better at it now, but I remember the DVD remaster of Akira doing that... Luckily the version I got came with the older version of it too... I've heard the Blu-ray version is better... I don't know... Still, personally, I prefer the old dub, even if the newer one is arguably better... I don't mind new dubs exactly, but I wish they kept the old ones as options more often... God, I miss the old dub of Space Adventure Cobra... The Yello soundtrack really worked for it... It's probably less accurate and the soundtrack was obviously changed, so I'm glad the newer one exists too... Although I don't get why they didn't either record vocals or use the Japanese version of the songs for the new dub... Having the Karaoke track is weird... Oh well, I can watch the Japanese dub instead... Sorry >_>;; got a bit carried away there...
