This album truly captures the feel of life in the North West for me. There's just a vibe there all over the record. "Wake up" feels like spring,,, the bass notes feel like water droplets dripping off houses and trees as the sun comes out slowly freeing them from their winter cells... the vibe/zylophone notes are like the droplets landing in little puddles in the street... Long gone day... the end of summer... that feeling of regret moving onto fall... "Lord it's a storm and I'm heading to fall These sins are mine and I've done wrong, oh babe Come on down."
