Good stuff. Probably the best first-run I've seen from a non-LEO, even better than many LEOs I've seen in similar training. Considering this kind of thing is why, even in my own home, if my shoes are on, my gun is on me. And I grew up being told to keep the doors locked, even when at home. Better defense is to convince the wife to be familiar with firearms and know how to barricade herself, at a minimum. Always good training and ways to improve. Great job, everyone!

I was in a similar scenario a few years ago with South Narc, Craig Douglas, where I had a "family" member in the house with me. Ended up with two bad guys down. One point to make. Pin the doors to the wall with your foot to ensure no one is behind them waiting on you.
