Once again much appreciated information :) A tutorial on making a gelatin based food using these various items would be greatly appreciated :) My blend included boiled eggs, raw fish ( including the fish liver ), shrimp, krill, spinach, carrots, pumpkin, potato, cooked oats, spirulina powder, moringa leaves, duckweed, cooked lentils and held together with gelatin. Hope this helps :)
