If visual tasks are off, they're just standing there. If visual tasks are on, then you see the visual effect. Unless it's their first stream, hololive plays with visual tasks off. Gura and Risu didn't realize it. There really was a lack of leadership explaining what each of the options they were using meant, especially since Calli didn't even know she was supposed to be doing tasks until her chat spelled it out to her. I know how everybody complains about the language barrier but for me that's the unique experience. It's annoying, frustrating, and biased but it's also fun when you're doing it in collab like this. Sometimes you just wanna unleash your broken language in such situation.

Man despite language barriers we got at match, we tend to enjoy it cause theres our friends whos silent and translate what they are saying via chat and when were gonna talk they silent and he translate to them, that was a pure fun.. but this collab it was so unfortunate.. if i exclude the language barriers there was still problems in it like slight toxicity, trolling at wrong time, crowds cant control. and i feel uncomfortable with it and i gave up and go to watame whos live in MC at that time.... i just feel sad that i expect it to be so very fun but when the half was gottem it became uncomfortable "to me".

@@AnoriAutumn to be fair, not everyone treat their friends the same way especially during games and double especially during games involve lying. I am pretty sure if the EN girls want to be even closer as friends this is something that will inevitably happen and it is for the better that they run in to it early on and talk about it. And judging by their nature, Ame was just being herself there and whether Gura was not receiving it well or she is just going along with it, let's be real, neither of us know. If it's really is a problem, I am sure they will work it out next time. Bottom line, don't take it too personally. At the end of the day, to any of them it's just a game, if they want to continue as a streamers they must know how to deal with in the moment heat and chaos cuz it's always like that when you have a large group playing together.

Yeah Aki, Nene, and Suisei were trying. I don't know what Roboco was doing since she only seemed to talk when everyone else was talking. Iofi and Risu kinda caused more problems than they solved with translation, since it seemed like the JP members were hesitant to vote until they were sure, and both ID girls were chatterboxes with EN's knee-jerk voting habits. Calli bless her heart was trying to stay neutral and translate what people were saying...in text chat. But that doesn't always work lol. They needed ONE translator and some ground rules for speaking. It was fun to watch but dear lord it was painful and made the RNG fucking over gura hurt all the more.
