@@prawtism There is a whole "agreement" on the site that Hololive can and will use Fanart as their own (for thumbnails and such i would presume). But that doesn't even need to be said, it's Hololive's copyright to begin with, if they see fanart they like it's their perogative to make it into a 3D model if they see fit. But Walfie seems to be some sort of cooperation with them. The girls have thanked him for the models before. So either he made them for the girls or for hololive directly.

@@narja5082 Correct me if I am wrong, because I am not studied on the time-line of all things hololive. But I thought that smol Ame first appeared in wolfie post on september, 16 2020. While mikodaney was revealed on August 1 2021, over half a year later than smol Ame. It can be argued that they always planned to make smol characters all along, however the resemblance to wolfie design is hard to deny. (But that could be due to the simplicity of the chibi design) Edit: I checked the dates, just so I don't get them wrong.
