Resep Bayam Dua Telur (untuk 3 porsi)
Bahan:
200 gr bayam hijau
5 siung bawang putih
½ buah bawang bombai
1 butir telur
1 butir telur asin matang
1 sdm saus tiram
500 ml air
2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk
2 sdt maizena
1/8 sdt merica
2 sdt gula pasir
Pelengkap:
nasi putih
Cara membuat:
1. Cincang bawang putih, potong kotak kecil bawang bombai, telur asin dan kocok lepas telur
2. Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukkan bawang putih dan bawang bombai, tumis hingga wangi
3. Masukkan air dan bayam, masak selama 3 menit
4. Masukkan telur asin, kaldu ayam bubuk, saus tiram, gula pasir dan merica, masak hingga mendidih
5. Masukkan telur, aduk secara perlahan dan masukkan larutan maizena, masak sesaat
6. Bayam dua telur siap disajikan

Two-Egg Spinach Recipe (yield 3 servings)
Ingredients:
200 g spinach
5 clove garlic
½ pc onion
1 pc egg
1 pc cooked salted egg
1 tbsp oyster sauce
500 ml water
2 tsp chicken powder
2 tsp cornstarch
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tsp sugar
Add-ons:
Steamed rice
Steps:
1. Chop the garlic and dice the onion. Slice the salted egg into small cubes and lightly beat the egg.
2. Heat a little oil. Add garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add water and spinach. Cook for 3 minutes.
4. Add salted egg, chicken powder, oyster sauce, sugar, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Add the chicken egg. Stir gently, then add cornstarch slurry and cook briefly.
6. Two-Egg Spinach is ready to be served.
