Brother, these clips are from 4 Para SF, the haven't disclosed even 10℅ of the probation. This is only 36 hours stress phase, imagine 6 months of this probation. Its hell. After you clear 6 months probation, you undergo 3.5 years of continues training to becon a fully operational Para SF commando. Telling you because my uncle was in 1 para SF, and served for 28 years.

Bitter truth: 1). A long time ago in british gurkha army, most of gurkhas who joined british army from nepal were uneducated so, educated gurkhas (mostly tamang) from india darjeeling, sikkim.. were GCO, QGO and gurkha clerk. QGO (Queen's Gurkha Officer, Non-Commissioned Officer ) and GCO (Gurkha Commissioned Officer, Commissioned Officer). 2). By taking the advantages of hindu caste system at that time, some gurkhas from nepal did monopoly to recruit their own caste only. some tamang were forced to change their surname to join british gurkha army. some other magars were forced to change to pun, thapa. Bahun, chhetri, n newar were forced to change their surname to join british gurkha army.
