Isliye maine 9th me cooking channel shuru kiya, lekin mummy-papa ne mana kar diya aur kaha pehle padhai par dhyaan do. 10th ke baad maine apna naya KZbin channel "Cooking Beast Ayaz" shuru kiya aur tab se regular videos dal raha hu. Likes aur views kam aate hai, par mujhe apni skill dikhana hai kyunki cooking mere liye sabse zyada zaruri hai. Djd

My aunt from Chitranjan, West Bengal puts turmeric in Sukto. She says her Bengali mother-in-law also puts turmeric in it. I think it is a matter of preference and turmeric is good for us.

@@wolfmangoland7972 Depends, food habit & spices used by a bengali in Chittagong (undivided bengal) will be dramatically different than the food habit & spices used by a bengali in Medinipur for an item. So lineage matters a lot. We personally put light poppy seed paste in Shukto (we are from northern part of undivided bengal, now in Bangladesh) and do not put turmeric or milk.

My mom was Bengali muslim. Radhuni- one thing she used to use in her cooking and akhni biriyani,polao roast etc.were her specialty. I still believe bangla and hydrabadi foods are best. In London whenever we get time,we try to cook dishes inspired from my mom or we goes to bengali or hydrabadi restaurant mostly.
