Dang, it was so hard just to find the name of this movie version. I don't know why this one theme was never officially released. But I'm glad I can still listen to it here, thank you for posting!

It is called "My XXX is The Best in The Universe", and no idea, some epic songs from many series never end up officially releasing and it's quite saddening. Same here, I never knew it existed until I watched the Parallel Works, and the movies, some people do not like this version as much as the original, but I personally enjoy both.
