exemple .God and all of us are one who understood the creation of it and understood everything.The sea and its wave are one, when it comes out of the sea as a wave, then we call it waveBut when they go back to the sea again, then we call those bubbles in the sea.When the bubbles are formed from the sea, we do not call them in the sea, but when they go into the sea and become one, we call them in the sea.The sun and their rays are the way God and we are.

This is also the meaning of Catholicism. We teach theosis meaning we all have god within us and the purpose of this life is to cultivate the divine spark to become one with God. That’s what the trinity is. The trinity is the Holy Spirit dwelling within us as we commune with God.

Now remove the form from both what is left is water which is common in both without any distinction it is one one same. Now take jiva and iswara(god) what is common is consciousness which has no form no time limitation no space limitation and that is why it is all pervading in all form limitless timeless spaceless and that is oneness that is guru Nanak taught that is teaching of Upanishad in sanatan dharma not god is sitting somewhere in heaven or zanat.

Would be nice, but when he talks about religion, he usually does talk to non experts. For instance, there was a american Hindu on his podcasts and to me, he was not a real expert on Hinduism. He obviously knew many things, but there is a difference between for instance me talking about Sikhism and the guy that spent almost all his life studying Guru Nanak´s words like this guy does. One knows some things and one other knows almost everything there is to know. Also, Joe does tend to get high a lot, so I am not so sure if promoting Sikhism on his podcast would be the best idea.
