Why did you go on buying an Under-construction project? These people rush on booking Under-construction projects and thereby jeopardising entire value chain of the Real estate development cycle, as genuine buyers then find very less options to chose read-to-move projects. These people deserve this kind of treatment from Builder, and hopefully future buyer would understand the risk associated to buy Under-construction, and only go for Read-to-move

रहेजा डेवलपर्स, कृष्णा हाउसिंग प्रोजेक्ट को क्यों दबा कर बैठा हुआ है। कुछ तो गड़बड़ है. इसकी ईडी, सीबीआई, ईओडब्ल्यू आदि सभी एजेंसियों से जांच होनी चाहिए। इसने कृष्णा हाउसिंग के लगभग 1500 घर खरीदारों से 130 करोड़ रुपये लूट लिए हैं। ना हमको घर दिया ना हमारा पैसा वापस किया।

Raheja is dacoit. Who have grabed the money from thousands peoples. No delivery, no shame, he is busy in selling his properties with marketing, showmamship, & hiring film actors. He has money for showman ship & hiring filmy actresses but not for construction. Government immediately declare Raheja bankrupt, ban all his new lunch,& sale of property. & distribute monry among purchasers.😡😡😡

Raheja is not builder or businessman he is dacoit who plunder money by projecting dream of house thereafter he live lavishly life, arrange hotels ,arrange film parties, flod advertising, try to set government machinery. His all projects either not delivered or not delivered in time.Even he lunched an affordable PMMY project on name of her mother Krishna housing scheme sect-14 in Sohna in 2014 will promise to deliver possession in 48 month after more than 10 year even basic structure not completed despite receiving all payments as per demand. All related person should be immediately arrested,& all assets be sized be distributed in all debtors.

The project will start in october. Please meet the manager and have a logical talk with him instead of coming up on the streets without any kind of knowledge. Ye towers ki govt ki taraf se clearance renew nahi hui jiski vajah se 3 months toh govt approvement mai lagg jayenge. Inhone D tower and plots ka beech mai daal diya tha jiski vajah se ye project rehe gaya. Oct mai govt ki taraf approval ayega and then construction will start.
