Pls go with EPS,PE,debt and promotor...buy the right stock at good valuation at right time..even if u buy Tata consumer at high price which it not justify the earnings which will hurt you at long time or u need to wait long time for the EPS the price u paid premium .

For Question No 1: You can buy whenever you have money and that amount should be your extra money (Pocket Money) because the stock market investment is highly risky business. pick the stock and analyses it then think if that stock price is OK to you then buy it. For Question No 2 Answer is below. if you sell the same stocks of 12 then DB charges only one time. ₹13.50 + 18% GST. This is for zerodha brokerage. For Example 50 shares of Reliance are sold at 10:00 AM, and another 50 are sold at 2:00 PM. The total DP charges for the day would be ₹13.50 + 18% GST. 50 shares of Reliance are sold at 10:00 AM, and 10 shares of Infosys are sold at 2:00 PM. The total DP charges for the day would be ₹27 + 18% GST (₹13.50 * 2).
