mehnga to nhi hai bs income tax zero ho jaye…jitna real estate mehnga hta hai utni salary bhi badhti hai but tax sath me dene me paisa kuch nhi bchta….jinke pas asset hai unke mze hai, they are earning very good rentals qki rent wale jyada aa rhe hai or buy krne ki aukat khatam hoti jaa rhi hai…baki ggn me vatika me 1.3cr me floor mil jayga easily..itni bhi haye tauba nhi hai
