महोदय, मेरा एक सवाल है। यदि मैं 4200/- ग्रेड पे से परीक्षा द्वारा डायरेक्ट सिलेक्शन से 4600/- ग्रेड पे में तकनीकी रेजिग्नेशन देने के बाद ज्वाईन करता हूं तो नई ग्रेड पे 4600/- मे फिक्सेशन नोटेशनल इंक्रीमेंट के साथ होगा या नहीं। और पे प्रोटेक्शन का फायदा मिलेगा कि नहीं। सादर 🙏।

Good evening sir, I am working in Indian Navy as a stenographer. I got my 1st MACP on 28 Dec 22. My BP was 35300+2000 separate element for qualifying speed test in Shorthand (L4 C 12) on 28 Dec 22. At the same time I got my promotion to Level 6 on 01 Jan 23. Requested pls clarify how will my pay will calculate in both cases. Regards

My pay was fixed as follows: Pay on 01.01.2016 - 52000 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2016 - 53600 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2017 - 55200 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2018 - 56900 (Level 6) I Got a promotion on 28.5.2018 in the same (Level 6) but only the designation was changed from SPA to PA because I was already getting Level 6 and promoted in the same level 6. I have not given any extra increment. Am I eligible for an increment from 1.1.2019 as per the re-fixation of pay under FR 22 option? I have already given this option but the DNI has not been changed by my office. Should I get an increment here or date of next increment will change from 1.1.2019 instead of given on 1.7.2019 58600 on 01.07.2019 60400 on 01.07.2020 Please clarify.

Sir, thanks for uploading useful video. But in my case, my macp date falls on 16th August 22 from 10 to lvl 11. My basic as on aug 16th 87500. f I exercise option 1 then after notional increment in lvl 10 my pay is fixed in lvl 11 as 91100 and my next increment will be in july 23. If I exercise option 2, what will be my new pay. Which one is better for me. Thanks.

In this case, do we have to follow the same procedure for his pay fixation as you've explained in this video or is there any other procedure to be followed ? No additional NOTIONAL increment is admissible on promotion in 2022 after getting benefit of MACP in 2017. His/Her basic pay will be placed in Level 4 only on same figure (if available) or next higher figure.

In that case, annual increment and promotional increment will be granted in 6-CPC and then pay will be fixed in 7-CPC in july 2016. By the way what benefit you are calculating for opting 7-CPC from july 2016. It is suggested to recalculate your details.

You can't give option to fix revised pay from date of annual increment , you have option with effect from 1.1.2016 or from date of promotion.
