I can’t find the weathervane anywhere. You said it’s in a prisoners desk but I checked everyone of them more than once.

It might be in one of the alternate desks, I'd make sure you've checked the desk near the pumpkin carving job, I tend to forget that one exists. Unfortunately I've also experienced a non-existent weathervane, it feels like sometimes if it's not found day 1 when the desk resets with new items it goes away and never comes back. As far as I know the only solution is to start over on a new map and prioritize finding it first.

Just a run down if you don't want to watch the video - 1st piece you'll need is just north of Job Time, multiplayer only. Next, two medic outfits and a cyan key card to the south west (1st floor) of prison. Third, second floor, just west of the west stairwell that takes you to the bottom floor. Red key door, go up to the desk. Finally, 2nd floor, south east, red key card and place a weather vane there. Finally, first floor, south, multiplayer room where the monster is. Put on the pieces and escape.

It seems like for me the Lightning Conductor placement ot bugged, as it doesnt give me the "place lightning conductor" command, even though i have it equipped on me! It's gonna suck very much if i have to do everything again from 0... EDIT: For anyone who has the same problem as me, you have to place all 3 items in the lab table BEFORE placing the Lightning Conductor. This solved my issue.

I'd check the guard desks and non-prisoner desks if you haven't. Sadly sometimes items despawn and don't respawn, you may have to start the game over again. =( If you do I'd check desks first day until you find it, and if you don't keep restarting!

There's a uniform quest, or you can craft it with Bleach + Prison Uniform (you can use your own prisoner outfit if you take it off first).

Make sure to use the same button you use to grab bedsheets from beds, E on the PC, not sure what for the consoles.

Yep, middle of the cell area there’s stairs to underground, down there there’s some guard desks north, but to the south past the metal detector there’s the contraband desk.

If you haven't, I'd suggest getting a red key and checking the guard desks and the warden office desk, if it spawns there I'm not sure it respawns elsewhere.

If it's not in any of the prisoner desks, or other desks you can get easy access to, chances are it's spawned in one of the guard desks. If you grab a red key and a uniform it's quite easy to search through them.

The last desk I'd suggest trying is the warden's office desk. If it's not there it might have de-spawned overnight for some reason, I've had games where it's happened and it never reappeared. You might just have to start a new game. =(

Yeah, that's the last desk I can think of, outside of desks like the one near the Pumpkin Carvin job, the one to the right of the Kennel job, or the two down south next to the monster area. There's one on the first floor and one on the second. But if you've looked through all those then I dunno.
