John Nash (John Forbes Nash Jr, the beautiful mind! He was put to institutions because of his multi-dimensional capabilities. Nash probably could have contributed far more to humanity if then, the society and people at large would and could have been just a little more open-minded. By the way, one can get very addicted to Lama Glenn Mullin's teaching. Thank you so much for sharing.

@@GuruViking I only just discovered your channel a little while ago but I know from looking at the title of the various vds that I'm really going to thoroughly love it and enjoy it . I met glenmullen many years ago in a bookstore in South Philadelphia on South Street called Garland of Letters . He did a talk and then afterwards I hung out with him and we had a really nice time . Very cool guy ; easygoing , friendly , light-hearted ... great sense of humor. Wonderful man !

Thank you for this excellent series. I wonder, at the very end, Glenn advises, that one not be led astray by extraordinary visions. But where does that put the shamans that he seems to revere in some cases? Surely they must have ceded to those visions and delved as deeply as possible into them, burrowing into non-ordinary realities. Where might he draw the line?

I studied Buddhism for many years and chose zen.However I ended up in anthroposophy.I have to agree with Steiner that humans in the west have to develop the I and free will.The collective way is not suited anymore in the west. The clairvoyance needed to develop the entry to the spiritual world has to be worked on.I can feel the nature/ elemental beings so that’s what I want to develop.

I have Blavatsky's books, when I first read them, I struggled to understand anything, three years later they made much more sense!
@warmbreeze119 ай бұрын
I understand that Madame Blavatsky was not received well by everyone wherever she went. She was not accepted by an occult group in Paris and she was rejected by an American brotherhood after she was initially accepted into it. She then focused her attention in India, where she met someone of similar intentions to herself.

some might argue that the Mahatma that influenced her was an agent of the British - Steiner being one of them

Thank you I love your questions and history of teaching but why NOBODY is sharing LIST OF WHAT NOT TO DO the main purpose of teaching...I am sure 3 or 5 sentences that people can START implementing is MOST IMPORTANT PART OF ALL and for all of us.

Yes Vajra Yoga without the Great Vehicle is delusion. All beings means just that not the many different humans on earth as in "bodies".

Theosophists from the 1800’s remind me of the movie “Trading Places,” in which idle rich people bet on our souls for a dollar. Wouldn’t you rather take Pascal’s Wager?
