I took time to discover who was the leader of the group, precisely because I did not even research, I always thought the leader was Minho. And even after knowing that Onew who was the leader, (I understand the importance and real leadership of him), sometimes I still think it's the Minho. I actually see him as a glue in the group. For me, each one is an important piece in SHINee, because of this they are still whole in SM, but there's no denying how great is Minho's influence on the group. Same in FT, no matter what they say, for me the leader will always be Hongki. And it's not just for singing, but for all he does for the band. For me he is a glue that keep them together!

The minute Tiffany didn't renew, I think everyone thought it was over. I mean Jessica was one thing, but losing Tiffany too? Not that Taeyeon has to worry since she's doing amazing as a soloist. But for the other girls, it's looking a little scary. But I wouldn't be surprised if SNSD came back with 5/6 members, it won't be the same. But SM seems to think Super Junior's doing okay promoting as 5/6.

Chase Diamond I watch a video one of those "an unhelpful guide to Jungkook" and in that video it said that after Jungkook was done with the training in dance in USA, he wanted to quit and just dance, but Jimin was the one that convinced him to stay, and when you think about how much V praise Jimin for listening to him, and how his one of the first people he talks to I do believe to that Jimin is the glue to this group, not that Rap Monster doesn't have anything to say, I mean he is the leader, so he must have a lot of responsibility and thing he does for the group, but I do think Jimin is the glue as well ☺

I think Rap Monster is the one why BTS is BTS. It's his style of music and vibe we hear in their songs, he's the leader so everybody tend to talk to him about their worries. Everybody talk to Jimin, when they are not well in their personal life, and he and J-Hope are the mood maker but when it comes to BTS, if you want some advices, Namjoon is the man.
