the ntsb found that 7400 did not have proper matnense during service there was micro-corosions as well as some temporary fixings that was on for over a month the pistons were being presurized and exploded causing the fire on number 7400

Uh oh. A UP locomotive has blown a turbo. The turbo is burning up. Fire has been detected in one of the locomotives. It started out normal until a turbo caught fire. The flaming turbo is burning up. We need fire crews over near the railroad tracks now. I don't know what's next. The leader of the train that had the turbo fire is a former Southern Pacific AC4400CW. It's unclear what will happen next. But I know it's not gonna be good.
