Gusto Gumawa Ng Pie Pero Ayaw Gumawa Ng Dough? Lumpia Wrapper Ang Sagot Jan!

Lumpia Pie
When you say lumpia automatically you will think of savory spring rolls. But in this video we will show you how to make a dessert using lumpia wrapper just like turon. If you like peach mango pie or any pocket pies and you are intimated in making the pastry dough; do not worry because lumpia wrapper will make your day.
Ingredients:
Lumpia wrapper
cooking oil
powdered sugar
egg white/water
Peach Mango Pie
1 cup peaches, cubed
1 cup sweet mangoes, cubed
1/4 cup reserved syrup from peaches
3-4 tbsp white sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 cup cornstarch + 3 tbsp water
Tuna Filling:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small sixed onion, minced
3 tbsp carrots
310g tuna flakes in oil
3 tbsp mushroom, sliced
1/4 cup all purpose cream
1/4 cup grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp green onions
Custard Eden Cheese filling:
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla essence(optional)
82.5g Eden cheese, grated
Ube Halaya
Custard Cream Cheese filling
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
2 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla essence(optional)
112.5g cream cheese, grated
