Who in their right mind, even if they had several million dollars to build a new home with, would rebuild if the water problem is not solved? Newsome and pals cannot function properly. This crisis was inevitable, a huge visitation bringing absolute destruction,and lingering at the threshold, a threat that was of high visibility, all indicators pointed at a unavoidable visitation, one that would demand accountability, And yes the Govenor, he has a level of guilty Negligence, but his office was not the larger part of this eco nightmare, the responsible reaction, and the only plan favoring recovery, it will begin with holding all responsible agencies, to a high level of accountability.
