There are 2 issues here. To earn a doctorate, the student must add to the existing body of knowledge. Plagiarism is not a concern if all references are cited, but not citing them implies those inclusions were original. Both degrees need to be revoked not just exposed. Doctorates were not earned. 🎓

When I was accepted for my surgery training program at a VA hospital, I actually had to have the Ohio State Medical Board submit proof that I was licensed in Ohio. The VA would not accept a certificate mailed from me. It had to come right from the Board. I could not plagiarize to get my medical school degree or state license. What is happening to this World?
