Yep, the transformation was complete after 2008 elections. Before that it took one president’s economic policies about 4 to 8 years to fully manifest. They don’t want a third candidate to be in the debate because Biden cannot handle the situation. They will make him to work for that night, as the mics are off, Biden would be able to explain what he wants to say without any interference or interruption, and the way they pick the questions also might help him. And because there are no audience in the venue it would help him to focus on his speech. Also he might try to speak with an insulting tone as he did before. It seems it would be a monotonous debate and in a very controlled environment.
