You can tell in Trump's face that he's lost a little weight. Distribution also matters. I'm 6'2", and when I weighed 200, I was still considered obese. When I weighed within government standards, I couldn't find pants in the stores in my length that were small enough in the waist. My mother had to take up the ones I found until the back pockets almost touched. I was super skinny when I was 180 and below.
