So basically the regiment of 15 light infantry (the voltigeurs) is the regiment that suffered are heavy lose while the other regiment only suffered are small lost

Not necessarily. It’s more likely the 15th voltigeurs had more violent deaths, that made it so their corpses couldn’t have been reincarnated as shamblers.

The voltiguers got stationed in the main city with small amounts of other regiments I think the majority of that regiment was in roscoff

The only other regiment that seems to have had large numbers there was the coast guard considering one was hiding in the church and most of the zombies that are soldiers outside the church were also coast guard (though the one y’all are talking about can appear as a zombie as well it just seems less common). Along with that there were probably other survivors of the coast guard inside the church as well considering the scared French guy couldn’t ring the bell from the front door.

I once counted it, and found out theres either 30 - 33 corpses both removed and existing in the map (before this video was made)

The one thing G&B missing is french national guard regiment They are the one that supposed used for domestic security, Reinforcing regular army, guarding important location Their role is mantaining stability on homefront In roscoff now they just used cavalry, main army, skirmisher infantry, coast guard for holding the line

Maybe, they could add one regiment from these 135ème to 156ème Régiments d'Infanterie de Ligne. These regiments were made up from the National Guards and were formed following the disastrous invasion of Russia in 1812.

@@horten141The Les-Gardes Cotes are also accurate to be there. They're the one who protects the coastal lines of French soils. On the other hand, adding the national Guard is also nice, there maybe corpses of them in the map and also an available regiment for players to play as. For now, the Les-Gardes Cotes is accurate. The French Grand Army in Roscoff do makes sense, as they wanted to escort Crawford from somewhere else and due to other reasons.

It's definetly because they are from the Chasseurs Britannique (A French British regiment) so they were probably seen as traitors

yeah the body wasnt there at the time I recorded. The reason for that is because the ship switches forms. When the players spawn theres no zombies on the ship because the ship is docked. However when the players were escorting the Diplomat, the ones that stayed in the ship were getting massacred by the cannibals, thats why we have to put out our fallen comrades in the finale. The boat switches forms when we are still in the city, and i started recording when the boat was in its form that had no corpses or zombies.

At the beginning its all calm and the frigate is docked successfully and the crew is having a party creating a lot of noise under the deck being unaware of the undead while the marines find the diplomat, after we make our way back to the port we see that it is in ruins, ships position has changed and a few corpses litter the deck

@Jimmybreadstick Roscoff isn't a fort. It's an evacuation area. The diplomat was evacuated to Roscoff and requested to get evacuated via USS Constitution. Before the ship arrived and docked, the city was already overrun. The main reason why we see so many French soldiers at Roscoff is because a Garrison was left there to protect the city. Mainly because the diplomat was still there.

В игре продолжаются Наполеоновские войны, а в церкви сидят пленные Британские бойцы. То же самое было в Сан Себастьяне, где мы играем за Британских пленных освобождая город от зомби. Морские пехотинцы по лору забирают Американского дипломата в мёртвом городе, наполненным зомби и всякой нечестью.

@@Alan-e3m Us marines are there to rescue the Diplomat. The British was an expeditionary force I believe. And the french npc and the others were paranoid so they tied the British up

@@brickfilmer5893The Brits were the enemies of France, they see the British landing on their soil as a threat, even though there might be a ceasefire agreed.. If it's in the lore.. But if it's.. Then they would still have a huge distrust between each other as they're former enemies. If there isn't any ceasefire agreed, of course they would still fight each other, and the Blight. But, the Brits showed up to make sure that no cannibal makes it past the shorelines to mess the British mainland.. Not to invade and conquer. But this could lead to a hostility between the French, and the Americans.

Somone should explain the environmental story telling of g&b especially in big cities There was this part at the docks where i saw 3 shakos (prob 4) the third shako was a bit farther and prob meant that there was another and that made me think that 3rd shako belonged to this poor guy 1:55
