For what ive seen, you cant. Those cannons are single use even if you have the swab and canister/roundshot. There isnt even space for the reload animation, you'd fall of the ship

1:46 You missed the bayonet. Because in some cases, you can survive an bomb with the bayonet on an musket. But i think its from height difference or from sheer luck.
