I followed and cooked this recipe. Everyone loved it and I had to cook it again in batches for 2 people. Thank you very much. You're just amazing. I avoided green chilli as I can't eat much spice. Also tamarind as I had a fear that the gravy would turn dark so replaced with tomatoes. Yet it was the best dish I ever made.

Andhra gutti vankaya is a very simple with just dry coconut, Dy chilli, dhaniya, lil minapappu, and pachi chanaga and palli is optional. No one adds actual masala items like she did in this video..
