This kind of music was considered crass in the 90s. Basically the music for labour class. You would never hear this music blaring out from a middle class or upper class section of society's house. But you couldn't really escape from such music and now when you listen to it, you just get so refreshed by the composition of this song. Definitely a foot tapper.
