I can't really count how many times I was there, but started my party career when Industry was a thing! Then moved here. The memories here... Just a while other lifetimes worth! If the walls could talk... AND if that patio could talk! Thank you brother! Thank you...

@@TheDanLevy I truely do miss the bygone era of the super clubs!! The Guv was the last of her kind... Turned into condo space now, if I'm not mistaken. She may be gone, but thanks to you, her memory visually lives forever! Plz, never remove this video. I, like I'm sure MANY others, when longing for the days of crunchy ebos and raver gravy on the cuffs of your pants, need but a few moments of this video to stoke those memories up once more!!🤪😀👍

I remember being in the sound booth on your birthday enjoying the view of 1000 of people below us. RIP Guv

Nothing quite like that view!!! Or being in the thick of it down below. Happy to hear I helped you create some memorable moments there! Also I’m so happy I took the time to create the photos and videos I did so we have something to look back on and remember this special place with

Happy to have provided that stroll down memory lane! Pretty much the exact reason I created this video back then. I knew we needed something like it for posterity

What a beautiful video to preserve the memory of the most incredible establishment in Toronto’s nightlife. 49. Going on 50 seems like just yesterday the 90s rave scene hit Toronto. The drinks were cheap. The girls were fun and wanted to party all night. The party favours were incredible. Anybody remember the blue Ferraris and white Ferraris? How about triple stack XXX purple demon? If you know you know. I’ve been on both sides of the turntables never pursued performance never had any connections never made it big but I have mad love mad respect and admiration to all the greats. International DJs played in our city and with a few brain cells I have left from partying LMFAO I will truly cherish those times. Anybody remember how green velvet La La Land would hit on that Soundsystem. How about Sarah McLachlan delirium. Wow I just gave myself the spin tingler!!! I remember saying to my mother that I was going out for the weekend give her a hug and a kiss she’d be standing in the kitchen completely confused saying son it’s Wednesday. Nothing beats the original club scene in Toronto late 80s until they close the doors. Book the hotel rooms yes rooms lol VIP for one hotel room and the other is self explanatory. Toronto has many homegrown heroes salute, Mark, Trevor, Whyte , Manzone, and strong, just the name of you. RIP Morillo RIP guv thank you for the great times and the memories. And a very special thank you to Dan for producing this content

I have never seen the floor empty or clean! I would always be shocked by how small the club looked with the lights on when they made us leave leave around 7:15 am lol

This is great. Were you supposed to be in there? I like the idea that someone (yourself) managed to capture it, before its knockdown...legally, or not😂 So many memories
@TheDanLevy4 жыл бұрын
Yeah I was allowed to be there. Worked as part of the company's digital marketing team so all was legal 😀 Happy I was able to capture it for posterity as well. So many memories!
