I was at Clifford Ball and Big Cypress and I felt like the ball was bigger. Looks bigger in the photos also but who knows. 15k difference supposedly but when it’s that many people it doesn’t matter after 30k. Still a lot.

Is he talking about the original Woodstock,( pepsi)Woodstock, (MTV) Woodstock? I wish the clip was longer. Trey has that aura to him where when he speaks people shut up and listen. He is a great storyteller. Super humble dude as well. I'm the dude who messed up the YEM at the becon theater when Trey broke his ankle and pulled me out of the crowd. Their was a super crazy story as to what happened. (No ticket, LSD and a pet rat in my overalls). So I was backstage a few shows later and was hiding out of embarrassment, when Trey comes over says hi and busts on me a bit for F-ing it all up. So I started to tell him what happened. He calls Jon and Paige aside to hear my story. It was like BS-ing with friends, not the fan/superstar dynamic people are used to.. Super humble dudes who are so down to earth.

@@shanesinclair6549 Not true. When they had the Pepsie woodstock, Bethel had a Woodstock at the same time. It was much smaller and was a bunch of no name bands. I know this becuse I was there. I wanted to go to the "real" Woodstock, and had zero interest in the big corporate one. It was terrible though. No vendors, terrible music and not much else.

I was at Big Cypress and it was an ocean of people as far as the eye could see. It was insane! I’d never seen anything like it before. And it took 16 hours to drive there…less than 75 miles from home. I probably could have walked.

@@kellenshearin7970 Took me 16 hours to get there from Virginia. THEN another 16 hours in inching traffic to get to the site. Had to do all the driving since noone could drive a stickshift. I don't think I'd be able to do that again. I had heard at least one person died because they were sitting on the roof and fell off.

Not smart but also not exactly a time when I can think people were of the right mind to make logical decisions.

Trey is really funny and waxes great philosophy. I know that he's half joking here because there were 400,000-ish people at Woodstock '69. Never all at once, but that many people did actually make it to the venue during the 3 days. I just hope his ego doesn't really think that Big Cypress was comparable and that was just him being funny.
