This is so funny. I was on Sounds of Liberty when Guy Penrod came on the team. We had no idea he was already on. He auditioned like everyone else. (Guy - I was sitting by Lois during your "audition"; you sang; we looked at each other and Lois said, "Can you believe that voice?".) Anyway, we were happy to have you, of course. Many wonderful memories from those days.

(Sheryl Wiseman here) Mark saw you years ago when you came to Belpre Ohio. I came right across the Ohio River from Parkersburg, WV. Guy was just here, but I was sick and could not go see him. Very sad day for me.

So nice to see you, Mark! And how delightful to hear you and Guy and Angie Pernod who always seemed like people we knew even if we didn’t. Guy was always deluged with followers looking for words of encouragement and autograph. I asked Angie at a big gathering once as she was rolling a baby away in a stroller how she managed all that. Everytime i hear Guy Penrod sings i can feel the annointing from God, I can feel the love and grace of God through his songs, it makes my eyes break in tears...every lyrics every word is godly and pure. God bless this man and his 8 kids and his wife. I praise the Lord for such a man like him...a very good role model.

You go, Guy! There needs to be an awakening among the church to acknowledge the scriptures of the NT writers before spending all their time exclusively in the NT. So glad you are encouraging Mark to see the entire scripture!
