2:13 The reason behind that is because when people go to sleep, our brains prevent us from moving our bodies to mimic what we see in our dreams, but sometimes when people are falling asleep, you may not realize it but you start dreaming immediately, and sometimes the brain hasn't turned off the body movement yet, so your body will move how you are moving in your dream.
