Guyana Dried Shrimp Cook Up Rice | Fish Cakes

Ingredients for cook up rice
3/4 cup of black eyed peas
3/4 cup of red peas
2 cups of rice
4 head Bok choy
1 carrot
1 cup pumpkin
5 green onions
2 1/2 onions
1 hot pepper
1/2 cup chopped ochro
1 coconut (milk 2 cups)
1 bundle of fine thyme
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp cook up seasoning
1 tbsp frozen married man poke
2 tbsp cassava cassareep
4-6 cups of water
Fish cake recipe
2 bangamary steamed
Salt and black pepper to steam fish
5 small potatoes
2 tbsp green seasoning (cilantro, garlic, green onion, thyme, pepper)
2 eggs for batter
Season flour for frying
Oil

Sharmin can the fish cake be coated with jus water instead of the egg wash. I cant use eggs especially the yolk.

You can make a tin batter with flour, seasoning and water to fry the fish cakes with 👍
