For Birthday Wednesday, one of my subscribers requested Goat Curry with Dhal and Rice. Meat was purchased from a local market, and Herbs were picked from my garden.

Depending on how much meat you’re cooking, always put half the amount of garam masala to curry powder, so if you use two teaspoon of curry then you put one teaspoon of garam masala, take care and happy cooking
