Milk should be used for stuffing of white pudding.. that's a dry pudding. Blood used for the stuffing of black pudding..

@@weekendvibes365 Not sure what type of milk that person meant, but more COCONUT milk can be added after cooking the rice. A good Guyanese pudding is HEAVY on the coconut milk and married man poak (along with broad and fine leaf thyme). That is what gives Guyanese black/white pudding its unique flavour.

Ash, you are definitely not Guyanese. We do not add liver to our white pudding. This is not Guyanese white pudding. I wish people would stop taking our stuff and claiming it as theirs. Shoots!

@weekendvibes365 I am aware of the various ethnicities since I am of mixed race. My aunts made pudding to sell and I bought it back home and here in the US, and it does not contain liver.

Yes I’m Guyanese and some people do add liver and some people do add ground beef so u just watch and learn .

Our mixture was 1 onion, 1 garlic, 5 scallions, 4 /6 hot peppers/ 7 broadleave thyme, about 10 fine thyme stem’s. And alot of maried man about 30 leaves or more. I would advise yo make a small batch and adjust from there accordingly. You will have to add sliced scallions and fine thyme leaves in the meat mixture before casing this. Good luck 👍🏽🍀
