Guys here is a tip Actually you don't really have a double chin most of the times it is formed because of a bad posture. What you can do to avoid this is just keep your arms straight like your are in an assembly at school😅. Then roll your shoulder then adujust the posture of your neck and move it back and forth.. It's real.. If you he a doubt just do it in front of a mirror
