Back in high school I dealt with a lot of self identity issues. I met someone in my high school who helped me through a difficult time in my life, helped me start figuring myself out. So many people around me, friends and family, even my boyfriend at the time, all commented how much they didn't like the person I was becoming, though I was proud of the person I was developing into because I was learning to stand up for myself. The people making the comments didn't like the fact that I was standing up to them against their ideas of who I should be. Who I was growing into didn't align with their perceptions of who I should be. Needless to say I'm no longer interacting with most of those people because we grew apart due to their inability to accept who I am.

Thank you for talking about how people change and grow, my best friend of 5 years we recently have been growing apart and I think because we are at different stages of our lives and we are becoming unrelatable to each other, I still care about her, but its just different now and we will never be able to connect the way we used to in the past. Part of me is happy to let go of toxic energy for me but part of me is sad but at the same time it's good to find your own. Way of thinking in life I think. We always had religious differences but ours are extremely different and I think her focus more in life is her religion and it's something I just cannot ever get behind.

I've wanted green hair since I was little and my sister had a mermaid doll with white hair with green on the top layers. I've only ever done chunky streaks of green on my dark hair before but now that its mostly gray I'm not sure what shade of green to go with.

1 i love your videoes and 2 I lived at the time in a residence where I had a friend and we did many things together. but when covid hit I started to develop my personality more and was more myself and had just got a new boyfriend who helped me to be myself, but my friend couldn't really accept that I was different because usually I'm always someone who is that others wanted instead of being who I wanted to be and doing the things I liked and started to be ready to live alone and she didn't mind me anymore because I ended up learning to stand up for myself and not do everything for others. so she kept saying he put the words in my mouth and I only did this because he wanted it but just that he didn't care about what I did as long as I was myself and was loyal to myself sorry, if it is difficult to understand is not the best for English So you takling about its okay to grow apart and I appreciate it
