Toxapex is a great pokemon (2417 stat product!) crippled by its terrible moveset. Despite that it's ranked 63 in open. Imagine it having surf/scald and sludge bomb...

I love tricking people with moves they don't expect. I think I had two answers for fliers and a quagsire with aqua tail and mud bomb. Laughed pretty good taking out an empoleon pretending I have stone edge. I also have an annihilape with night slash and ice punch. Funny making a Gligar shield the night slash then canceling the battle after the ice punch takes it out.

If you want to climb, use Mandi, Ferrothorn and Mantine. Helped me from 2600 to Legend within 4 days. Only 1 negative set from 20. And I’m not a good player, hitting legend for the first time

I love my Toxapex. It's sort of playable in this cup because people are running Stone Edge and Water Pulse in stead of Mud Bomb on Quags. I could see it beeing a Mon that people love or hate playing, though.

I’ve been using mud bomb on regular quag and aqua tail on shadow just cos regular can tank a few more hits so i feel like it can get to the mud bombs better, obviously meta dependent but i think if you build mud bomb I would do it on regular and go aqua tail for shadow
