What are the advantages of running this build over the power one? Meaning traits, skills, and gears

few reasons, reaper has one of the best condi synergies in the game, so whenever you're putting out one condi it's more like four. The build doesnt do that much damage, like 2-4k and mostly bleeding, but all of the condis are generally super annoying. Chill vuln fear bleed poison blind. And having a condi reaper & a condi scourge really enable SA FB with more condi coverage.

it's curses/spite, cele gear, and to be honest there are a lot of viable runes, sigils, relics or trait variations you can use
