hey snekkur,hmmmmm! i would say, play what you like most its what i do and if ur not sure, if i were you i would play everything and see which class you like the most in wvw, i think this is the only way to really find out whats best for you in wvw, and if youre new and you want things to carry you up a bit, i would suggest you, to play Soulbeast(Ranger) or Catalyst(Elementalist) or Scrapper with Nades Spam(Engineer) but in wvw you have a lot of choices, in specs hence im telling you to look around a bit in classes to discover each and every one of them:p

SA still in most situations due to the Initiative carry and superspeed, but i find DA more useful in a lot of situations too, both has its ups and downs, but Shadow arts generally better, and can still counter deadly arts thief, for example in D/P Vs D/P Fights
