The cast of scepter 3 in air doesn’t actually add to dps right ? Are you just using it to upkeep vuln stacks on the boss ?

@ lmao that’s lit what I do myself, it’s gotta be for vuln stacks surely, benching on golem didn’t add anything to my dps whether I used 3 or not, stuck at 44k myself
