All the songs you play in world 2 need to be learned first, if you havn't learned the song yet then it won't work. See guide here on how to learn them (search for 332331 and 133133) dulfy.net/2013/09/08/gw2-master-of-secrets-world-2-achievement-guide/

You can still get the Cheese in infantile mode, you just have to know where Gourdon is standing.
